I make this fudge at least once a year on the holidays! Actually, I make three different kinds of fudge; peanut butter, chocolate raspberry and chocolate so I can hand them out in little tins for Christmas. But of course, I keep some for myself! It's super easy and really worth it!

You'll Need:

1 can 14 oz, sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup butter

Instructions:

  1. Lightly spray an 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

  2. Add chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and butter in a sauce pan.

  3. Heat over medium low heat, stirring constantly with a spatula until butter and chocolate are melted and mixture is smooth. This typically takes about 7-8 minutes and the fudge should be smooth.

  4. Pour fudge into prepared pan and spread evenly with the back of a spoon.

  5. Refrigerate overnight or until firm. Once firm, remove from refrigerator and and use a large, sharp knife to cut into squares, wiping chocolate from knife blade (carefully) between cuts for a smooth cut.

  6. Enjoy!!

Note: You can add any kind of nuts to this recipe to spice things up a bit!! Just use your food processor to crush whatever nuts you choose!!
