Now, I don't know about you, but I love hot fudge on just about anything sweet! I put it on cheesecake, ice cream, brownies and many more. It goes with everything! And this is the perfect recipe for it:
You'll need:
1 (12 ounce) can of evaporated milk
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Step One: Add milk, chocolate chips and sugar to a medium saucepan and bring to boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly.
Step Two: Add butter and vanilla.
Step Three: Let cool for 15 minutes. Serve hot or pour mixture into a jar with a tight lid and store in refrigerator. It will stay fresh for about a month. Enjoy!
