I have no problem telling you all that I am a Type II diabetic, but I LOVE MY SWEETS! So, there is a workaround that works with all of my recipes. Replace the sugar, cup for cup, with Stevia!! Stevia works just like sugar and the taste is still amazing! For every cup of sugar, you use a cup of Stevia. It's like having the best of both worlds!! You can have your cake and eat it too!!
